Q & A
1. How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made by either phone 0415602154, or you may send an email enquiry to wigglejiggle@live.com
2. How much space is required for the jumping castle?
Depending on the castle you hire, will determine how much space is needed. Please refer to "Products" icon for range of castles, prices and required space.
Our castles can be set up on grass, paver's, asphalt or concrete, as long as the ground is flat and free from obstacles, rocks or sharp objects.
We will need sufficient flat area access through a gate or entry point of at least 1.5 metres wide with NO obstruction of trees, bushes, plants, stairs, buildings, fences, rocks or any other objects. Please make sure you have sufficient area measurements of width, length and height for the castle you wish to hire with NO obstruction of trees, power lines or any other objects. Thank you.
3. How long does it take to set up and take down the castle?
Set up time is generally 15 mins. This is done prior to your booking time.
Taking down generally takes 20 - 25 mins and is done after booking period has finished.
This way you don't loose any hire time.
Our trained staff will install your castle and return at the end of your event to pack up and take it away.
4. Do we need someone to supervise the castle while in operation?
YES! The castle must be supervised by an adult over the age of 18 years for safety of children at all times. Children's safety is reliant on the supervising adult.
We also offer supervision by our experienced staff at a cost of $25 per hour.
5. What safety features are provided?
All our castles are either tied to stakes / pegs which are then driven 30 cms into the ground (grass),
or we will use very heavy sandbags when castles are used on concrete or hard surfaces.
All our castles are designed for maximum durability. They are built with double, triple and quadruple stitching, along with polyproplyn and nylon reinforced webbings at the all important stress points.
All our castles are fully enclosed as an extra safety feature and have been crafted to ensure sufficient amount of air is distributed through out all sections. This ensures the jumping castle provides maximum enjoyment and safety.
6. Can I have a castle set up in a park / public reserve?
Yes. If you require us to set up in a park / public reserve, you must have permission from your local council and check for requirements / fees. The ground must be flat and free from any obstacles, rocks or sharp objects with NO obstructions.
We can supply a petrol generator, if there is no electricity at a cost of $80 for a minimum of 4 hrs & $110 for 7hrs (petrol is included).
We will also need to supervise the castle in public areas.
Cost :
$25 per hour per staff member (min 2 staff members required for Kidz Gym).
7. Do you have Insurance?
Yes. Wiggle Jiggle carries a $10,000,000 Public Liability Insurance.
A copy of our Insurance Certificate can be obtained on request.
8. Can kids eat or drink in castle?
NO! Please DO NOT take any food, beverage or foreign / sharp objects inside the castles. If there is any food / drink spillages or any damage etc, the hirer will be liable for full costs of any such repairs / cleaning required.
9. How do I pay for the hire of the castle?
Payment can be made in full by cash on the day of your event.
During peak times, a deposit may be required.
10. What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel, we would appreciate 7 days notice. In the event of bad weather (eg. winds exceeding 25 kmph) safety comes first. Wiggle Jiggle reserves the right to cancel any booking and would be more than happy to reschedule.
